 In the year 2008, during the shooting of the film Mani Hai Toh Honey Hai, there was an argument with Santosh Rai after which Santosh Rai filed a complaint against Govinda accusing him of harassment. Later Santosh Rai took the matter to the Supreme Court. Earlier this case was going on in Mumbai’s Borivali Court. Hearing both sides, the court ordered Govinda to apologize to Santosh Rai and settle the case immediately.
